Common questions

• Pat is not sipping when I tilt. Hold the phone up to your mouth like a glass, tilted well past vertical, for about a second. Bring it back down to land the sip. If you would rather tap, turn on "Show the Sip button" in Settings.
• How do I guzzle? Keep the phone tilted up for a few seconds before bringing it down. Longer hold, bigger drink.
• The watch is not counting sips. Open Drunkle Pat on both the watch and the phone. Sips sync while both apps are running.
• How do I sober Pat up? Pat sobers up on his own about one stage per hour, or use "Put your buddy to bed" in Settings to reset the night.
• How do I change my buddy or the venue? Tap the person icon or the building icon on the main screen, or use "Start over" in Settings to replay the full setup.
• There is no music. Tap the Music button on the dance floor and check your volume. The music plays even with your phone on silent.
• How do I play my own music? Go to Settings, Soundtrack, My Music and pick songs from your phone's Music library. The songs need to be downloaded to the phone. If you turned off access, turn it back on in Settings, Drunkle Pat, Media & Apple Music.
• Party can't find my friends. Everyone needs Party turned on in Drunkle Pat, on the same Wi-Fi or close by. If you tapped Don't Allow when iOS asked about your local network, turn it on in Settings, Drunkle Pat, Local Network.
• How do I hide or report someone in Party? Tap the chat button, then Who's here. Hide takes their buddy off your floor for the rest of the session. Report sends us their buddy's name and last line by email, and hides them. We review every report within 24 hours.
• I bought Open Bar on my old phone. Open the Shop and tap "Restore purchases".
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
