Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the Drunkle Pat app for iPhone and Apple Watch, published by Slover Digital. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
1. Entertainment only
Drunkle Pat is a comedy entertainment app. The character on screen reacts to a tilting gesture. The app does not measure, estimate or track alcohol consumption, blood alcohol content, impairment or anything about your body, and nothing in the app should ever be treated as an indication of sobriety or fitness to drive, operate machinery or do anything else.
2. No encouragement of drinking
The app does not require, promote or encourage the consumption of alcohol. You do not need any drink, alcoholic or otherwise, to use it. If you do choose to drink, drink responsibly, follow the laws where you live, and never drink and drive.
3. Age requirement
The app is intended for people of legal drinking age in their place of residence. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Purchases
Optional in app purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms. Purchases unlock cosmetic and entertainment content only. Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. License
We grant you a personal, non transferable, non exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. The app, its characters, artwork, animations and music are the property of Slover Digital and may not be copied, resold or redistributed. Songs you play through My Music come from your own library and stay subject to your agreement with Apple.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the app in any situation where distraction could cause harm, including while driving or operating machinery, and do not use it to pressure anyone into drinking.
7. Party mode
Party mode is optional. When you turn it on, people nearby who also have Party on can see your buddy, its name and the preset lines you send, and you can see theirs. When you first join a party, you agree to these terms, including the rules in this section.
In Party mode, you agree not to:
- Give your buddy a name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening or harassing, or that pretends to be someone else.
- Use Party to harass, bully or embarrass anyone, or to pressure anyone into drinking.
- Modify the app, or use any other tool, to get around the name filter or the preset lines.
Nobody can type messages in Party. Messages are a fixed list of preset lines and emojis, and phones ignore anything else. Buddy names are filtered for offensive words, and a name that gets flagged shows as "Buddy".
Hide and Report. Tap the chat button, then Who's here. Hide takes a buddy off your floor and ignores their phone for the rest of the session. Report opens an email to [email protected] with that buddy's name and last line, and hides them. We review every report within 24 hours. Party runs phone to phone with no accounts and no servers, so we cannot see what happens in a party or remove anyone from another person's phone. We act on reports by improving the name filter and the preset lines in the app.
You are responsible for how you use Party. We are not responsible for the conduct of other people you meet through it.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slover Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The current version will always be at this page.
